Delivery

Our posies are delivered between 11am-5pm each day, orders will have to be made by 12pm for same day delivery. Please note that we are unable to accommodate deliveries at specific timings as the most efficient routes are planned in order to keep delivery cost low.

We are unable to deliver to restricted areas such as Jurong Island, Airport Zone, Changi Cargo and Sea Ports, Military bases, Pulau Ubin. For deliveries to Sentosa Island, there will be a $10 surcharge.

In the event if the recipient is not around, we will leave it at a secure area (such as receptions for offices, a discreet area at a property, i.e. behind a gate) abiding with the security restrictions of the place. Nonetheless, we would love to hand the flowers to the intended recipient personally so please try to find out if they are available to receive it.

However a $10 re-delivery fee is chargeable if the delivery attempt has failed (due to reasons such as wrong address provided, recipient is uncontactable and there is no one to receive it etc) or due to last minute changes in address (within 12 hours before delivery day) or when posies are already sent out for deliveries.

If you have keyed in the wrong address, kindly inform us on the correct address at least 12 hours before the day of delivery

Once the item has been delivered we do not do pick up and delivery again to a new address. An email will be sent to you when the delivery has been completed.


Customisation

Our designs are curated by our florists using seasonal blooms, designs are updated on the site every Thursday and will be available until sold out. For bridal customisations, corporate orders or bulk orders above 8 posies, we will be able to customise to your requirements, please email us at thedailyposysg@gmail.com to discuss.


Refunds / Returns

Orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, if the posy has not been sent out you may choose to postpone your posy (24 hours prior notice required) for another day (valid for 1 month)
